Love That Gave

Verse 1

God is love that gave
He gave his Son, Jesus Christ
Jesus is the love that was slain
He died for me on the cross
Holy Ghost is the love that comforts my life
Everlasting love
Immeasurable love
Unspeakable love is the lord

Chorus

God is love, love, love
Everlasting love
Immeasurable love
Unspeakable love is the lord

Verse 2

God is love that gave
He gave me life
He gave me healing
Divine wisdom
Security
Financial blessing
Inspiration
Countless blessings for me

Verse 3

What a love who can compare
It’s fatherly love
So great a love for me
I was born in bondage
But love rescued me
Paid all my debts
Freedom he gave to me
